These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Blanchards Wearables website (“Site”) and the purchase of products from us. By accessing the Site or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Site or place an order.

Blanchards Wearables (“we”, “us”, “our”) is an online print-on-demand clothing and accessories retailer. We are the merchant of record for all purchases made through this Site.
3. Eligibility & Use of the Site
You must be at least 18 years old to place an order. If you place an order on behalf of a business, you confirm that you have authority to bind that business.
You agree to provide accurate, complete and current information when ordering or contacting us.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Site and may suspend or restrict access for maintenance, security or operational reasons.
4. Products & Print-on-Demand Production
All Blanchards Wearables products are made to order using print-on-demand methods.
Please note:

5. Pricing & Payment
All prices are shown in USD unless stated otherwise. Payment must be made in full at the time of ordering. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and cancel orders affected by obvious mistakes. Your card handler will convert to GBP at the time of payment. There is a link to some currency converters on the home page.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on the Site, including designs, logos, text and imagery, is owned by or licensed to Blanchards Wearables and is protected by intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute or exploit any content without our prior written consent.
7. Prohibited Use
You must not:

Returns & Refunds Policy - UK Consumer Law Compliant – Print-on-Demand
Made-to-Order Items
All Blanchards Wearables products are custom-made to order. Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, personalised or made-to-order items are exempt from the 14-day change-of-mind return right.
We therefore do not accept returns or exchanges for:
> Incorrect size selection
> Colour preference
> Change of mind
Please check sizing carefully before ordering.
Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives faulty, damaged, misprinted, or incorrect, you are entitled to a replacement or refund.
You must contact us within 14 days of delivery, providing:
> Your order number
> Clear photographs showing the issue
This does not affect your statutory rights.
Refunds
Once approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe. Original delivery charges are non-refundable unless the error is ours.
Lost Orders
If an order is confirmed as lost in transit, we will offer a replacement or full refund.
